Bush will headline Triple M Fest at Melbourne’s Corner Hotel on September 24, bringing the British rock band to one of the city’s major live music events during AFL Grand Final week. Organizers announced that the lineup will also feature Australian rock acts The Superjesus and You Am I.
The festival is set to combine more than 12 hours of live radio programming with performances throughout the day. Event details confirm that Bush will close the celebration with the headline set, giving fans another chance to see the band during its return to Australia.
The Melbourne appearance comes as Bush tours the country alongside Shinedown. The run includes shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, and marks Bush’s first Australian headline dates in decades.
Formed in London in the early 1990s, Bush became a major rock act with songs including Glycerine, Machinehead and Comedown. The band has continued recording and touring internationally, maintaining a strong connection with rock audiences around the world.
