Kehlani has canceled two stops on her 2026 world tour after a health issue required a hospital visit and left her unable to perform.
In a message shared with fans on August 26, the singer explained that she had spent the night dealing with severe pain and difficulty swallowing. After receiving medical attention, she said she was not cleared to sing, leading to the cancellation of shows in Camden, New Jersey, and the Washington, D.C. area.
The update came as Kehlani continues the North American leg of her current tour. Her team is working on possible options for the affected dates, while the tour is expected to move forward with its next scheduled performance in Richmond, Virginia, on August 29.
Kehlani also acknowledged how difficult it was to cancel performances, noting the care she puts into protecting her health while on the road.
The tour follows a busy period for the R&B singer, whose recent releases have continued to build momentum across her career.
